The 4 Minute Leg Workout
My clients know first hand how much I love Tabata. Tabata is
a system of interval training that consists of 20 seconds of work followed by
10 seconds of rest and you repeat this 8 times. It comes out to a total of only
4 minutes, but I can promise you that you will look at 4 minutes totally
different after you're done. Some people like to do the same exercise for all 8
rounds, but I want to throw something different your way. For intervals 1,3,5
& 7 I want you to do Squat Jumps and for intervals 2,4,6 & 8 you are to
perform Smurf Jacks . The breakdown of how to do this exercise is below.

You can make your own Tabata workout by picking at least one
of your favorite exercises, and making a workout out of it. It's just that easy and its effective. Try
doing a Tabata workout first thing in the morning to start your day; it's just
another way to eliminate the excuse "I don't have time to work out". Enjoy the workout, and stay focused on your goals.
