WTH is Online Personal Training?!

WTH is Online Personal Training?!

There are a number of Online Personal Trainers out there, but many people really don't know what an online trainer does or what online personal training consists of. So I want to help clear the air for those who don't know. ESPECIALLY, because I get this question alot.

Online Personal Training is by far one of the most effective and convenient ways to receive professional guidance without the hassle of meeting with a trainer face to face AND it's an easy way to cut costs. First your trainer will (or should) have you complete forms regarding your health and lifestyle, then you have to send them pictures, hey that's the closest they will get to seeing what needs work. From there, they begin their work and most ,if not all, online trainers will make adjustments along the way to ensure progress is continuous. All you have to do is follow the plan. Simple right?

When Should You Consider Hiring an Online Trainer

Flexibility. Let's say you really want to get in shape, but you have a hectic work schedule and a family to tend to, it's probably not a good idea to try to squeeze in another scheduled event into your day. At the same time, you know when you can slip away to the company gym or what days you can work out during lunch. When you don't know what your schedule will look like from day to day or if the idea of meeting a trainer one on one isn't feasible, online personal training is the best option.

Cost. The industry average for a new personal trainer is around $65 per session(meeting) for more experienced trainers, that price can get a little higher (my one on one fee is $90 per session).  With online training, you are saving a ton of money by eliminating the need to meet face to face. Some trainers charge a monthly fee, or they may charge one set price to cover a set amount of weeks...either way it'll will be much cheaper than one on one sessions. So if you want professional guidance without breaking the bank, online training is the better choice. You still receive the quality guidance for a fraction of the cost. Win/Win

Insecurities. Some people really don't like to be starred at when they work out or they become really uncomfortable with having someone in their personal space once they start sweating. Everyone has their normal insecurities, but workout insecurities are a different beast. It's also why some people go to the gym when nobody is there to avoid the unwanted attention or the feeling that someone is watching them. Online personal training remedies that by allowing you the flexibility and the ability to train without experiencing that awkward feeling. If you are battling with these insecurities...online personal training is your best route.

There are benefits to meeting a trainer face to face, but different situations call for different things. I live in Texas but I have had online clients in the UK, California, New York, Florida and Mexico just to name a few places. Many of my peers who are online coaches can say the same. If you need professional guidance, but found yourself in one of the above categories, consider an online personal trainer. If you decide to employ Total Health Evolution Click Here
