A Different Outlook on Fitness

Fitness is more than lifting weights, sweating, eating with your health in mind or checking in on social media.  This is a lifestyle that encompasses more than just those things which are only seen from the outside. You won't understand what I mean until you really dedicate yourself to living healthier, then you will see how much of an impact it has on you as a person. I am not referring to a crash diet or trimming down only for a specific event. I mean REALLY dedicate yourself. Once you seriously adopt the lifestyle you will notice a few things.  Your level of discipline will change. Your view of people's efforts will change.  You learn to respect the idea of what progress really means in all aspects of life. A fit lifestyle will no longer feel like a chore but a way of life; an addiction but the healthiest kind of addiction.

This is more than just simply lifting weights. It's bigger than the needle on the scale. It's not just eating a certain way to change the way you look. It's a lifestyle for the better, and you will never look at your former lifestyle the same ever again.  It won't appeal to you in any way except memories of who you were. Your new journey will represent the inner strength you denied yourself to believe you had. You'll house a new form of confidence and appreciation for yourself. Be your own transformation success in both life and fitness. They complement each other more than you may realize.
