Building Great Legs & Appreciating Your Body

Everyone loves a nice set of legs. They can make or break what's been perceived as a great physique, and there are a lot of people working really hard to build a nice set of toned legs. The ones who have those envious legs show them off proudly. Are you looking to improve the look of your legs? I want you to take a look at the plan below, and use it on your next leg day. The first exercise calls for lower repetitions, so you want to go pretty heavy (after your warm up set[s]). Then, adjust the weights for the remaining working sets on each exercise. Listen, leg day sucks...a lot. I strongly recommend foam rolling and/or stretching the night of, and the days after to help with soreness, tightness and initiating growth. The work is worth it as time progresses, and leg training becomes highly addictive after a while.

The body is such an incredible thing, and you should mold it to your idea of absolute perfection.  It's your personal canvas for you to view with admiration with each new change.  It's your raw block of clay  ready to be sculpted.  It will take time, patience, adjustments along with a few failed attempts, but the best pieces of art are perfected by overcoming  those same demands.  The tools you need to build your masterpiece are training and nutrition. - T.H.E.
