High Protein Parfait
You won't look at a McDonald's Fruit & Yogurt Parfait the same after you put this snack together. I want to introduce a delicious, protein packed snack that will take your taste buds to the next level. It's easy to make, and believe me when I say you'll be looking forward to the next time you have it on your meal plan.
Ingredients
8 Oz of Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of Protein Powder ( I prefer Optimum Nutrition)
50 Grams of Nature Valley High Protein Granola
1 Handful of Frozen Fruit (I like Blueberries!)
Combine everything in a tupperware bowl, and either eat it on the spot or refrigerate
it. That's it. Factor in the carbohydrate & fiber from your fruit and add
it to the numbers below.
Protein 43 grams
Carbohydrates 52 grams
Fats 9 grams
