Make Your Own Home Gym

Make Your Own Home Gym
Going to a commercial gym doesn't work for everyone.  Some people don't like the crowds and looking for parking after 5pm is like finding the scooper in your new jug of protein.  But that does not have to stop you from training.  I've put together a list of things you can purchase to start your own in-home gym.

·         Jump Rope
·         Resistance Bands
·         Swiss Ball

That's it! These 3 things will provide you with more than enough options to effectively train your body, and to take it even further...you can get all three for under $50.  There is no need to overwhelm yourself with the different gadgets with Susie Sweatalot or other personalities on the cover.  Just start simple and get your body accustomed to doing the exercises.  If you run out of exercises, you can add body weight exercises or explore different variations of the exercises you've been doing. If you're feeling high speed, you can buy a barbell set or a beginners set of kettle bells. Just another way to eliminate the excuse "I don't have time"

Yours in Fitness,
Derrick White
