3 Exercises For a Tighter Butt

Admit it. You like a nice butt. It is perfectly normal to admire the shape of a nice set of glutes.  I want to share 3 exercises you can include into your training plan to really build the nice, round, head turning butt that you can be proud of. AND, just because I'm a nice guy...I'll include a little sample training plan you can try on your next day of butt training.  Click on any of the exercises to see a video demonstration.


Complete the workout below as a circuit, meaning one exercise after the other without stopping until you complete the last exercise.

Reverse Hyperextensions x 20
Barbell Glute Bridges x15
Stiff Legged Deadlifts x12
Smith Machine Glute Kickback x 10 (each leg)


Your goal is to complete 4 sets with a 60 second rest period in between each set.
