Two of the biggest burdens people run into while on their fitness journey is motivation, and food preparation. To help those people out, I put together a few recipes, motivational quotes and a few fit tips to help someone get over their fitness hump.
Fit Tip #1- You can still gain fat mass by overeating healthy foods. The trick is to take in the right amount of calories and macronutrients for you as an individual.

I hope these recipes, quotes and fit tips give you an extra boost as we enter beach season. You have to stay focused and REALLY remember why you started. If a method doesn't work, try a different one. BUT, make sure the method is sustainable, made to fit you, and it supports your goals.
